Sex And The City On The Big Screen

By: Frost Byte
Three years ago, the names of Carrie Bradshaw, Samantha Jones, Charlotte York, and Miranda Hobbes took the world of television by storm. For six seasons on HBO, "Sex and the City" have become a phenomenon. Millions have watched it in the United States and around the world. The popularity of the said show is undisputed. And now, the achievement of the four friends who according to Wikipedia "discussed their sexual desires and fantasies, as well as their beliefs and opinions" on the show have reached another landmark as the widely syndicated show will hit the big screen soon.According to BBC News, filming of Sex and the City has started in New York and is scheduled to be completed next year. The four friends played by Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon, Kim Cattrall, and Kristin Davis have returned to reprise their role on the big screen version of the said show. This means that fans of the show who were left wanting for more after six seasons will be treated to more of the quartet's antics. There have been pictures surfacing on the Internet from the shooting of the film and it shows that Charlotte's character is pregnant. This is quite surprising as she was having a hard time conceiving on the original series. In fact, her trouble at conceiving was given much focus on the show. Is Charlotte's pregnancy just one of the twists given to the stories to make it attractive for big screen production? As can be expected, there are those who are left questioning why a movie adaptation of Sex and the City would be made. Natalie Martinez writing for the Mercury News had this to say about the big screen adaptation of the HBO hit show: "I know, I know, movie versions of TV shows aren't anything new. But this time, it's not even a tongue-in-cheek version of the show - like "The Brady Bunch Movie" - or even a edgier version, with a new actors in the lead - like "Miami Vice." This time, it looks like it's the same dang show, the same dang cast but on a bigger screen. Boring."But a lot of fans of the original show will surely think otherwise. Although the show may not feature sexe gratuit or video sexe, it has captured the attention of male and female viewers alike. The antics of the four friends will surely be welcomed by those who have enjoyed following their adventures three years ago on television. But will it hold new viewers captivated just as amateur porno commands the attention of young boys? That can be answered next year when the movie comes to the big screen. One thing that Martinez and fans of the show share in common is that they all think that if the Sex and the City movie becomes a hit, it can mean that a sequel may soon be in the works. For the meantime, you can have your fill of sex minus the city at amateurquebec.com.
